BRACETech, on the other hand, has a simpler website, with no photos and only basics pictures. It shows on the Home Page the different packages are available with their prices. Which will help the consumers to have an idea of the final price they will have to pay. But it can be a bit difficult to navigate on their site to find the appropriate service to use.

BRACETech Strengths is no doubt their social media by updating their different platforms every month and staying connected with consumers about the latest trends and news. (Like online shopping increase, covid 19 outbreak, new year wishes, etc…). This could help consumers to become customers after watching adds and videos posted by the team at BRACETech in their social media. 

It is easy for potential customer to contact BRACETech team by submitting a ticket or using the live chat box on the Website. But if you need to contact Digital Oasis will have to fill up the "contact us" form on their website and wait for them to come back to you.


The solutions for a better inbound marketing.

While Digital Oasis has a better designed website look, it appears than BRACETech has a better Inbound Marketing Strategy by being active in different social media platforms and updating their content regularly. BRACETech SEO key words are used effectively and appear on consumer’s research. In fact, when searching for their two businesses on Google BRACETech website appear number 1 on the list as Digital Oasis is number 5.

Digital Oasis should increase their presence in social media platforms and organise a way to engage with consumers, rather than through Webinars, polls, or advertisement video. It will increase their online presence and SEO keywords on the web will attract more consumers potentially customers.

BRACETech should continue to update their social media and perhaps adding some videos to their pages. They should work on their website and make it more first-time user friendly with photos, pictures, graphs, and examples of work that BRACETech team created.
